Vice President, Treasurer
John resides in Sun City Carolina Lakes. He is retired from the Estee Lauder Companies where he was Vice President - Global Package Development, and Chief Environmental Officer. He is active with the Indian Land Action Council where he is responsible for Committee Coordination, and Chairs the Membership and Roads Committees. Since moving to Indian Land 7 years ago, John has been an active advocate for our roads working with SC - DOT, RFATS and County Planning.
VP of Operations
Domenic makes his home in the Belair at Carolina Lakes Community with his wife and 3 children. With a background in Engineering and Energy Management, Domenic’s career has been dedicated to the betterment of communities through more efficient use and management of energy for home owners and businesses. Drawn to Indian Land, for its small community origins and beauty, he is now excited to dedicate his energy to ensuring these characteristics are protected as we continue to grow and join together as the Town of Indian Land. A member of the Indian Land Action Council, Domenic looks to continue to find ways to contribute to our community.
Voters for a Town of Indian Land is a SC non-profit corporation, whose sole purpose is the incorporation of the Town of Indian Land.
We are volunteers and we are concerned citizens just like you. All of us have a stake in the future of this area.
We have a diversity of talents on our team and we put together our group to represent a cross section of the citizens of Indian Land.

VP of Public Affairs
Matt McCusker is a nationally-known Political and Litigation Consultant who has been a source for CNN, the Wall Street Journal, and many other international news organizations. From 8-figure lawsuits to political races to high-profile criminal cases, Matt has a long history of delivering strategic thinking to campaigns, municipalities and legal teams. As an Indian Land resident, Matt is devoted to the dream of getting our own town.
VP of Communications, Secretary
A television producer by trade, Brent has produced videos and live events for many notable Fortune 500 companies. His background also includes working with the NFL, NASCAR, Warner Brothers, The Walt Disney Company and Universal Studios.
He is a former member of the Indian Land Action Council and is proud to offer his corporate and consumer facing communications experience to Voters for a Town of Indian Land. As an Indian Land resident, Brent is excited about giving Indian Land the chance to manage its own future!
Richard is veteran of the United States Navy, serving 10 years on Nuclear Submarines. He is an engineer by trade and travels extensively, world wide, for the energy industry. He is resident of the Bridgemill subdivision, an avid mountain biker, and a family man. Richard has been active in the Town of Indian Land incorporation effort and has been working directly with MASC to accomplish this goal. The Voters for a Town of Indian Land, a SC non-profit corporation, was established with his help with the singular goal of incorporating the Town of Indian Land, for the benefit of all residents.
Our motivation is simple - we desire a better, stronger, more united Indian Land community.
It is about local control and smart planning.
The current system doesn't work.
Visionary leadership is needed.
